At Generate, we take many steps to help assure your order arrives on time, correct, and meets or exceeds your expectations.

But we know that you often have circumstances and a busy schedule that will result in needing items in a rush and we are happy to help and have the resources to do so! We have many partners who can do 24 - 48 hour production for us.

We track and watch over rush orders very carefully, but various aspects of our normal process, such as a second proof and shipping method verification, must be skipped to produce and ship orders quickly. In addition, once the order is in the hands of the printer or shipping agent, our ability to control, change, or fix issues becomes extremely limited.

For this reason, any issues of product quality, imprint, or delivery cannot be guaranteed. Should the order not meet you in-hand date or expectations, neither Generate nor our suppliers or printer can be held responsible and payment in full for your order remains your responsibility.

By approving your order for production, you are agreeing to this rush policy and accepting responsibility for all costs and charges associated with the order.
